According to Nikkei News, SoftBank Group plans to issue approximately 1 trillion yen (6.26 billion US dollars) in corporate bonds to Japanese retail investors, which is expected to set a record for the largest retail bond issuance by a Japanese company. This will be the third time SoftBank Group has issued retail bonds this year, following two issuances in April and June. The bonds will have a 7-year maturity, with specific terms (including the interest rate) to be determined in early September
