  1. Sources revealed that Saudi Aramco resumed crude oil loading operations within the Strait of Hormuz last week, and more oil tankers are still waiting to be loaded. The company is also supplying spot Arab Medium and Heavy crude to certain Asian refineries and plans to load via ship-to-ship transfer near Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, later this month.
  2. Previously, Saudi Arabia suspended oil sales for several weeks after its tanker fleet was attacked in the Strait of Hormuz during the escalation of US-Iran tensions last month. Shipping tracking data showed that between August 12 and 16, three Very Large Crude Carriers each loaded 2 million barrels of crude from the Juaymah and Ras Tanura terminals, both of which had seen no loading operations for three weeks prior.
  3. Preliminary data from Kpler indicates that later this month, an additional six Very Large Crude Carriers may load Saudi crude within the Strait of Hormuz. Traders noted that, besides Sinokor company vessels, Saudi Aramco may also deploy its own tankers for transshipment.
