Marisa posts 2Q26 net loss of R$ 68.4 million
Reuters2026/08/17 11:54- Marisa posted 2Q26 net revenue of R$ 367.8 million, up 3.2% year over year; same-store sales revenue rose 3.8% in womenswear.
- Gross profit increased 5.2% to R$ 194.6 million; gross margin improved 1 percentage point to 51.3%.
- EBITDA (pre-IFRS 16) rose 89.9% to R$ 36.1 million; EBITDA margin expanded 4.5 percentage points to 9.3%.
- Net financial result deteriorated to -R$ 106 million from -R$ 67.4 million; net loss widened to R$ 68.4 million from profit of R$ 2.1 million.
- Gross debt rose to R$ 526 million at June 30, 2026 from R$ 337 million at Dec. 31, 2025; cash climbed 119.1% to R$ 131.1 million.
