UHS completes acquisition of Talkspace

- The combination links Talkspace’s virtual behavioral health platform with UHS’s behavioral health facilities to broaden care across acuity levels.
- Talkspace operates in all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico through about 6,000 licensed providers.
- Services are available to more than 200 million people via insurers and employers, with a self-pay option.
- Integration work begins immediately, with operations expected to continue without service disruption.
