Analysis: Bitcoin Implied Volatility Ends Decline, Signaling Potential Market Fluctuations
Odaily reported that 10x Research posted on X noting that data shows Bitcoin's implied volatility (IV) dropped to a stage low of 33% on July 15, and has recently ended its continued decline, rebounding slightly to 35%. This is a significant drop compared to the high of around 55% seen this February. Although the recent rebound in implied volatility is limited, it has already attracted the attention of options traders. The rebound in this indicator may signal market turbulence, but whether the market is experiencing a true rebound from the bottom or simply pausing before further decline remains to be confirmed.
