Bloomberg Analyst: The SEC has opened the comment period, which will determine whether Ethereum spot ETF should be treated differently from Bitcoin spot ETF.
Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart tweeted that the U.S. SEC has opened a comment period to determine whether Ethereum spot ETFs should be treated differently from Bitcoin spot ETFs. Previously, the SEC had delayed decisions on several Bitcoin spot ETF applications from Hashdex, Grayscale, ARK 21Shares and VanEck.
