The Italian Ministry of Finance has announced its issuance plan: at the government bond auction to be held on August 26, up to 3 billion euros worth of short-term Italian government bonds (BTPs) will be issued.

Gold futures prices on the New York Mercantile Exchange have surpassed $4,670 per ounce, with an intraday increase of 2.16%. As a precious metal category closely watched by global investors, recent fluctuations in gold prices are often closely related to multiple factors such as global macroeconomic trends, inflation expectations, geopolitical changes, and the US Dollar Index. This significant rise in gold futures prices has also attracted considerable attention from market participants.

The international spot gold market has seen a daily increase of 2%, with the current price quoted at $4,609.98 per ounce. As a precious metal asset with both safe-haven and anti-inflation properties, gold’s short-term price fluctuations are typically associated with factors such as market liquidity expectations, changes in global geopolitical situations, and the movement of the US dollar index. This notable daily increase has also attracted considerable attention from investors.
