L3Harris Secures $250 Million Lockheed Martin Contract to Make Rocket Propulsion Units

11:03 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- L3Harris Technologies (LHX) said Monday it secured a $250 million follow-on contract from Lockheed Martin (LMT) to make propulsion units for the standard-range Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System. Production will run at a new 60,000-square-foot plant in Camden, Arkansas, due to open this year and built to automate solid rocket motor assembly with robotics, the company said.
