Hyliion to Dual List Shares on NYSE Texas

09:54 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hyliion Holdings' (HYLN) common stock will be dual-listed on NYSE Texas, the Dallas-based electronic equities exchange, the company said Tuesday. Hyliion's NYSE Texas listing became effective on Tuesday, Sept. 22, the company said, adding that it will retain its primary listing on NYSE American. Hyliion will trade under the same "HYLN" ticker on both exchanges, the company said. Shares of Hyliion were up 2.6% in recent Tuesday trading. Price: 4.45, Change: +0.07, Percent Change: +1.60
