Offshore oil and gas module equipment company VME (VME.US) aiming for Nasdaq listing, plans to raise up to 30 million USD
Offshore oil and gas process module and separation equipment company VME Companies has applied for an IPO on Nasdaq, aiming to raise up to $30 million, with Kingswood as the sole bookrunner.
According to Zhihui Finance APP, VME Companies is a supplier of process modules and separation equipment for offshore oil and gas facilities. Last Friday, the company filed documents with the SEC, proposing to raise up to 30 million US dollars through an IPO.
VME Companies provides the design, manufacturing, and delivery of engineered process modules and equipment packages for offshore and onshore energy projects. Its EPC & Modular Solutions division offers integrated design, procurement, and construction services for modular process systems used in Floating Production Storage and Offloading units (FPSO), Mobile Offshore Production Units, and fixed platforms, covering oil and gas separation, produced water treatment, and gas compression. The company has supplied modules for over 60 FPSOs, with this division accounting for about 80% to 90% of its sales. Its Separation Technologies segment supplies separation internals, pressure vessels, processing systems, and pump packages to upstream, midstream, and downstream clients.
This Texas-based company, headquartered in Tyler, was founded in 1985. The company plans to list on Nasdaq under the stock symbol VME. VME Companies had previously submitted confidential filings on July 2, 2026. Kingswood Capital Markets is the sole bookrunner for the transaction. Pricing terms for this offering have not been disclosed.
