Halliburton Wins Eni Contract for Ultra-Deepwater Wells in Cyprus

08:24 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Halliburton (HAL) secured a bundled well construction and completions contract from Eni (E) for the Cronos ultra-deepwater development in Block 6 of Cyprus' Exclusive Economic Zone, the company said Tuesday. Under the deal, Halliburton will provide integrated drilling, well construction, automation and completions services, including drilling fluids, directional drilling, LOGIX automation, remote operations, cementing, surface well testing and coiled tubing. The bundled approach is expected to improve execution and strengthen Halliburton's Eastern Mediterranean offshore portfolio, the company added.
