Otis Worldwide CEO Judy Marks to Retire in 2027

08:54 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Otis Worldwide (OTIS) said Tuesday that Judy Marks will retire as board chair, chief executive officer and president upon the appointment of her successor, expected in H1 of 2027. Marks will remain in her current role through July 31, 2027, or serve as a senior adviser through July 31, 2027, if a successor is appointed earlier, the company said. The company said its board has begun a comprehensive search with Spencer Stuart, and is considering internal and external candidates.
