MLP Group leases 1,500 sqm to Winkler Polska at MLP Business Park Łódź
Reuters2026/08/27 09:44- MLP Group signed a lease at MLP Business Park Łódź with automotive parts distributor Winkler Polska for about 1,500 sq m.
- The deal covers about 1,100 sq m of warehouse space, more than 400 sq m of offices and staff facilities.
- MLP Business Park Łódź is being built on a 14.4-hectare site with 28,200 sq m of planned logistics space.
- The project targets BREEAM New Construction certification at the Excellent level.
- Savills advised Winkler Polska on site selection, lease terms.
