- Adjusted EBITDA under IFRS rose 55.5% to EUR 102.12 million, reflecting an IFRIC 21 property-tax timing adjustment of EUR 1.8 million.
- Completed the Emagine acquisition in February, adding 14 U.S. cinemas; agreed to buy 13 Showcase Cinemas sites, expected to close by late summer.
