Dundee portfolio holding Ausgold agrees to be acquired by OceanaGold in deal valued at A$776 million

- Ausgold holders to receive 0.03365 OceanaGold shares per share, implying an offer value of AUD 1.36.
- Transaction implies an equity value of about AUD 776 million.
- Dundee holds 42,467,969 Ausgold shares, representing about 7.7% undiluted, or 8.3% partially diluted including 3,333,333 warrants.
