Cloudastructure Q2 FY26 net loss narrows to $1.7 million; revenue rises 13% to $1.2 million
Reuters2026/08/17 11:14- Cloudastructure posted Q2 revenue of USD 1.2 million, up 13% year over year, as subscription services more than doubled to USD 764,000.
- Gross profit climbed 53% to USD 610,000; gross margin widened 12 percentage points to about 49% on a richer mix of recurring services.
- Net loss narrowed to about USD 1.7 million, helped by improved gross profit and a USD 319,000 non-cash gain on derivative liabilities.
- Subscription services reached roughly 62% of revenue versus about 27% a year earlier; hardware fell to USD 233,000, installation and other slipped to USD 236,000.
- Nasdaq confirmed the stock met the USD 1 minimum bid for 10 straight sessions; cash totaled about USD 3.8 million at June 30.
