Wizz Air announces annual shareholder meeting notice

- Shareholders will receive the annual report and accounts for the year ended March 31, 2026.
- Vote scheduled on the directors’ remuneration report.
- Board resolutions include election of Brian H. Franke, re-election of other directors, re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor.
- Proposals also cover authority to allot shares, disapplication of pre-emption rights, including additional flexibility for acquisitions or specified capital investments.
