Alliance Witan FY26 first-half profit rises to GBP 345.08 million; revenue increases 6.18% to GBP 55.17 million

- Revenue rose 6.18% to £55.17 million, while investment gains totaled £316.42 million.
- NAV total return was 7%, while share price total return was 6% as the discount widened to 5.1% from 4.1% at Dec. 31, 2025.
- Second interim dividend was raised to 7.33p, taking first-half declared dividends to 14.66p; distributable reserves stood at £5.2 billion.
- WTW began a structured strategy review; management fees were cut to a flat 0.46% from April 1, 2026, falling to 0.41% from 2027.
