The strategist team led by Savita Subramanian wrote in a research report on Monday that Bank of America expects earnings per share for the second quarter to be $85.50, a year-on-year increase of 28%; and has raised its 2026 earnings per share forecast from $335 to $345, representing a full-year growth of 26%. Market consensus expects that, after a 27% increase in the first quarter, S&P 500 earnings per share will grow by 22% year-on-year in the second quarter.
