Glonghui, June 22｜Apogee Therapeutics soared 53.78% pre-market to $138.98. According to the Financial Times and other foreign media, pharmaceutical giant AbbVie is close to reaching an agreement to acquire Apogee Therapeutics for approximately $10.9 billion in cash. This transaction values Apogee at a premium of about 60% over its recent share price. The news could be officially announced as early as today (June 22).
