Nasdaq-listed company purchases 56,000 ZEC for $29 million, increasing holdings to 290,000 ZEC
According to Odaily, Nasdaq-listed company Cypherpunk Holdings has increased its Zcash holdings to 290,062.67 ZEC, accounting for approximately 1.76% of Zcash's circulating supply. This latest purchase added 56,418.09 ZEC, valued at about $29 million, with an average purchase price of $514.02 per ZEC. The cumulative average purchase price for all ZEC currently held by the company is $334.41 per ZEC. Will McEvoy, Chief Investment Officer of Cypherpunk Holdings, stated that the company will continue to pursue its goal of holding a 5% share of the Zcash network.
