Software company ClickUp acquires AI programming startup Codegen
PANews, December 23 – According to The Information, enterprise software company ClickUp, valued at $4 billion, has announced the acquisition of AI programming startup Codegen. This deal marks the latest case in this year's wave of mergers and acquisitions in the AI programming sector. Earlier this summer, Google's acquisitions of Windsurf and Cognition attracted widespread attention, while this month, Anthropic acquired developer tools startup Bun, and Cursor acquired code review startup Graphite.
