Bridgepoint acquires majority stake in crypto audit and compliance service provider ht.digital
According to ChainCatcher, citing a report from Sky News, London-listed private equity investment firm Bridgepoint has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in digital asset auditing and technology service provider ht.digital for approximately £200 million.
HT has more than 700 clients, including major global crypto exchanges, asset management companies, and banks, benefiting from the rising institutional demand for crypto asset allocation.
