According to a report by Jinse Finance, Khalil al-Hayya, a senior official of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), stated on the evening of the 5th that Hamas is preparing to negotiate to completely end the conflict and allow aid supplies to enter Gaza.
