On December 20, according to Arkham data monitoring, Trump's crypto project World Liberty seized the opportunity of market decline to buy 722.2 ETH 2.50 million USDT, with an average transaction price of $3,461, showing its investment confidence in the current price range.

In addition, Su Zhu posted on social media X that he had bought back ETH at $3470. Previously, on December 17th, he stated that he had sold ETH at a high of $4029 and went long on SOL at $219.

On the same day, according to Yu Jin's monitoring, a band operator whale made a big bottom fishing move during the market decline, buying 14,369.9 ETH at 50.31 million USDT, with an average price of about $3501. The whale had just taken profit from BTC short positioning yesterday, and decisively bought up the ante ETH early this morning when the market further fell.
