Kaspa hard fork update and ecological dynamic dual promotion, Testnet-11 and ecological activities go hand in hand

On December 11th, Kaspa successfully completed the 10BPS hard fork on Testnet-11, bringing multiple important technical updates, including enabling KIP 10, upgrading KIP 9 to consensus beta version, and supporting transaction payload function. The activation of KIP 10 enables wallets to perform "dust-free UTXO" micro-payment operations, which is also Kaspa's first contract implementation. At the same time, the KIP 9 update further improves the dust prevention mechanism, and the addition of transaction payload support paves the way for the development of diversified applications.
