08:08 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Salesforce (CRM) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Braze (BRZE) for an enterprise value of about $5.6 billion, the companies said Tuesday. Under the terms of the agreement, shareholders of Braze Class A common stock will receive $47.50 in cash per share. The transaction is expected to close in fiscal year 2028.
