Lear Appoints Jared Fedele as CFO, Succeeding Jason Cardew

04:59 PM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lear (LEA) appointed Jared Fedele as chief financial officer, effective March 1, succeeding Jason Cardew, who will step down as CFO and retire later in the year. Fedele, 45, currently serves as vice president of finance for Lear's Global Seating and E-Systems business. Cardew will remain with the company as a nonexecutive employee in a consulting and advisory role through Dec. 31, 2027, Lear said Monday in a regulatory filing.
