The latest fund is more than 50% larger than its predecessor vehicle, the company said. Blackstone committed $150 million to the new fund, which invests in a broad range of sectors within the energy industry while generally excluding oil companies, Bloomberg reported on Monday, citing David Foley, global head of Blackstone Energy Transition Partners.
