The Dow Jones opened up 0.25%, the Nasdaq fell 0.22%, and the S&P 500 rose 0.02%. Leading tech stocks saw declines: Netflix dropped 3.78%, Super Micro Computer fell 2.61%, and Intel slid 1.98%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index gained 0.2%, NIO rose 1.14%, and Baidu fell 1.07%.
