(2) Research shows that the largest buyer of Russian fossil fuels remains China, with purchases amounting to 9.1 billion euros; India ranks second with 4.1 billion euros; Turkey purchased 1 billion euros, ranking fourth. (3) In the EU's total procurement, 817 million euros were for pipeline natural gas, 615 million euros for liquefied natural gas, and another 290 million euros for oil supplied through the "Friendship" oil pipeline. (4) Among EU countries, the largest buyer is Hungary, at 475 million euros; France at 446 million euros; and Slovakia at 390 million euros.
