07:38 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Truist Financial (TFC) has named D. Steve Boland as vice chair, the company said Friday. Boland previously worked at Bank of America (BAC). Truist also named Shimna Sameer as chief consumer banking officer and Jeff Warner as chief small business banking officer, saying Chief Consumer and Small Business Banking Officer Donta Wilson will leave the bank.
