Analysts predict that, thanks to a significant increase in infrastructure spending within the technology sector, TSMC (TSM.US) is expected to report its sixth consecutive record quarterly profit on Thursday. Forecasts indicate that TSMC's net profit for the third quarter will rise by 65% year-on-year, reaching TWD 746.3 billion (approximately USD 23.4 billion). Analysts point out that market demand for TSMC's AI chip manufacturing capacity and advanced packaging technology, CoWoS, remains strong. If the final net profit surpasses TWD 706.56 billion, it will set a new single-quarter net profit record for the company and mark the eleventh consecutive quarter of profit growth.

Among them, equipment manufacturers whose business is highly dependent on foundry clients like TSMC will be the direct beneficiaries of this capital expenditure boom.
