04:59 PM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BXP (BXP) closed the sale of a 10.6% equity interest in the 343 Madison Ave. development in Midtown Manhattan to AVRS Partners for an undisclosed amount. BXP said Wednesday it retains full decision-making authority over the 46-story, $2 billion project, which is expected to be completed in Q3 2029.
