NetCapital Regains Compliance With Minimum Bid Price Rule

04:41 PM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NetCapital (NCPL) said late Wednesday it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement after its stock closed at $1.00 per share or higher from Sept. 23 through Oct. 6. The firm said it is still not in compliance with another listing rule because it has not yet filed its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2026, or its quarterly report for the quarter ended July 31. Netcapital said it plans to submit a plan to regain compliance with that rule by the Oct. 23 deadline.
