Air Canada to Start Non-Stop Seasonal Service Between Montreal and Seville in 2027

01:25 PM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Air Canada (AC.TO) will start a non-stop seasonal service between Montreal and Seville, Spain in September 2027, it said Wednesday. The new route will operate three times weekly from Sept. 8, 2027, increasing to four weekly flights beginning Oct. 1, 2027, said the company. Air Canada said the flights will be operated using its new Airbus A321XLR aircraft. "The addition of Seville further bolsters Air Canada's growing global network and cements Air Canada as the largest airline by seats offered between Canada and Spain," said Mark Galardo, Chief Commercial Officer and President of Cargo, at Air Canada. "As the only non-stop service between the city and North America, Air Canada's new service will unlock more of Andalusia and the world for our customers and Aeroplan Members while delivering a step-change in global connectivity for Seville."
