Canuc Resources Raises CA$6 Million in a Private Placement of Share Units

12:22 PM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Canuc Resources (CDA.V) raised CA$6 million in a private placement financing of share units, the company said on Wednesday. Canuc issued 4.99-million units priced at CA$1.20 apiece and made up of a share and half of a two-year warrant to buy a share for CA$1.80. Proceeds will be used to advance the East Sudbury Project in Ontario and San Javier Project in Mexico. Canuc shares were last seen up CA$0.02 to CA$0.88 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
