TOP Financial Group Names Jennifer Hoi Ling Tam as Co-CEO, Establishes Headquarters in US

10:06 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TOP Financial Group (TOP) said Wednesday it has appointed Jennifer Hoi Ling Tam as co-chief executive officer and executive director, and established its global headquarters in Houston, Texas. The company said it has also increased the size of its board to seven directors from five, adding Dean Huge as an independent director and Yuli Yan as an executive director. The relocation of the executive team to the US aligns its central governance with its expanding North American operational footprint, the company said.
