Volatus Aerospace to Acquire AISPECO for $10.5 Million

09:30 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Volatus Aerospace (FLT.TO) agreed to acquire AISPECO, a Lithuania-based manufacturer of airborne sensor systems and flight-management software, for $10.5 million in cash and shares. Volatus will also pay an additional $2.5 million in cash or equity following the achievement of certain financial, commercial and product milestones over three years, the company said Wednesday. The acquisition is expected to advance Volatus' goal to build a vertically integrated aerospace and aerial-intelligence business. "By combining our aircraft operations with proprietary sensors and mission software, we can create new opportunities across commercial, infrastructure and defense markets," Volatus Chief Executive Officer Glen Lynch said.
