PharmaCorp Rx Appoints Andrew Hodson as New CFO

09:27 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PharmaCorp Rx (PCRX.V) appointed Andrew Hodson as its chief financial officer, effective Oct. 27, it said Wednesday. Hodson will succeed current CFO Terri Tatchell, who will retire from the role on the same date and remain for three months as a consultant to assist with the transition of CFO responsibilities, the company said. Hodson was Head of Finance for Marshall Land Systems before joining PharmaCorp. He has also served as VP Finance for Vendasta Technologies it added. "Andrew's experience building and leading finance teams, and supporting acquisitions, aligns directly with our strategy as we expand PharmaCorp's pharmacy network," said PharmaCorp Executive Chair Alan Simpson. PharmaCorp shares were last seen down CA$0.01, or 2.4%, to CA$0.40 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
