IonQ Prices $2 Billion Equity Offering

09:23 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- IonQ (IONQ) said Wednesday it has priced a $2 billion equity offering to be purchased by an entity managed by Heights Capital Management. The offering includes 20.5 million shares and pre-funded warrants to purchase 29.5 million shares, both priced at $40 per share or warrant, IonQ said. The deal also includes seven-year warrants to purchase an additional 100 million shares at an exercise price of $69.46 per share, the company said. IonQ shares were 4.5% lower in Wednesday premarket activity.
