Corporacion America Airports Unit Boosts Stake in Toscana Aeroporti

09:19 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Corporacion America Airports (CAAP) said Wednesday its Corporacion America Italia subsidiary has acquired around 1.1 million shares of Toscana Aeroporti from SOGIM for 19 million euros ($21.2 million). The transaction, funded through a combination of the subsidiary's existing cash and capital contribution provided by Corporacion America, brought the company's indirect economic interest in Toscana Aeroporti to 68.07% from 62.28%, according to a statement. Toscana Aeroporti operates the Pisa and Florence airports, Corporacion America said.
