09:06 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Financial stocks were falling premarket Wednesday, with the State Street Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLF) declining by 0.9%. The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was down 2.4% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 2.1% higher. Bank of America (BAC) shares were down more than 6% after the company posted lower Q3 earnings, while revenue increased during the period.
