09:00 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Flex (FLEX) has completed its acquisition of data center power conversion systems provider EPC Power, the company said Wednesday. EPC Power has now become part of Flex's cloud and power infrastructure segment, the company said. Flex plans to spin off its cloud and power infrastructure segment into a separate, publicly traded company, Axiom Solutions International, in Q1 2027, it said.
