08:30 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Progressive (PGR) reported Q3 net income Wednesday of $4.37 per share, down from $4.45 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $4.42. Net premiums earned for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $21.87 billion, up from $20.85 billion a year earlier. Shares of the company were down 4.5% in Wednesday's premarket activity.
