Silver Pony Resources to Raise up to CA$1 Million Via Non-Brokered Private Placement

07:16 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Silver Pony Resources (PONY.CN) plans to raise gross proceeds of up to CA$1 million through a non-brokered private placement, it said late Tuesday. The company plans to issue up to around 4.3 million flow-through shares at a price of CA$0.23 each, it said. The company expects the offering to close on or about Oct. 23, subject to the receipt of all necessary regulatory and other approvals, it added. The company will use the gross proceeds for exploration advancements and various other exploration costs at the Silver Pony Project in British Columbia, said the company.
