06:43 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Onsemi (ON) will integrate its EliteSiC silicon carbide hybrid power module technology into Sungrow's PowerTitan 3.0 energy storage platform, the company said Wednesday. The company said PowerTitan 3.0 platform is incorporating its high-density power integrated modules that are optimized for advanced three-level inverter architectures used in high-power energy storage applications. The new battery energy storage system architecture improves inverter-level efficiency by 0.4%, Onsemi said.
