Alphabet's Google to Connect 200 European Scientists to AI Models

04:58 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google Cloud and Google DeepMind will provide up to 200 European scientific researchers with direct access to frontier AI-models, the company said Wednesday. The tech giant will grant the researchers $3 million in compute credits to utilize AI-model scientific tools, including AlphaFold 3, WeatherNext, AlphaGenome, AlphaEvolve, and AlphaEarth Foundations, it said.
