Distribution Solutions Group to Buy Winzer, FastServ Supply Parent

04:33 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Distribution Solutions Group (DSGR) agreed to buy GradeEight Holdings, the parent of maintenance supplies distributor Winzer and the FastServ Supply retail chain, the company said Wednesday. No financial information was provided. The purchase will be paid for with cash and borrowing capacity under an amended credit agreement and is due to close in Q4, subject to customary closing conditions, the company said. Winzer distributes maintenance and repair supplies through a franchise network in the US, Mexico, and Canada, while FastServ Supply runs storefronts in Texas and Arkansas, DSG said.
