Accenture Acquires UK Customer Intelligence Firm Sagacity

06:31 AM EDT, 10/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture (ACN) said Tuesday that it has acquired Sagacity, a UK-based data and customer intelligence firm. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Accenture said the transaction will expand its Accenture Song unit's capabilities in artificial intelligence and customer operations by adding more than 140 professionals to the unit's delivery teams in the UK and Ireland. The combined business will help clients in utilities, retail, banking and telecommunications use data and AI to personalize customer experiences, improve operations and drive growth, it added.
